But this is the first battle like war. That's recorded in the Bible. I'm not saying that. There weren't any wars before this. But it's this is the first one in that's recorded in the Bible. And so when we come to this passage, we see that Abram is he taking care of his his nephew Lot. Is he now a strong man Ali. Know he is Yeah, Abram is a strong man. Right? He has all these people, all these men who are fighting for him. He's a man of great wealth. But you know what he doesn't have he doesn't have his own boy. He doesn't have his own son. He doesn't have any of his own kids by his wife, Sarai. They're old. They got more gray hair than your dad does. But yeah, but nobody to inherit his stuff. His Ishmael. Ishmael isn't the son of the Covenant we're gonna get there but so he he's got all this stuff, but he doesn't have any inheritance. I wonder how God is going to resolve that. But here we see Abraham is blessed by God. Do you think Abraham deserves it? As he liked them, do you think Abraham is a is like a super righteous dude No. I mean, all he did was was make his wife go into Pharaoh's household. Isn't that a small son? You think Mom would like it if daddy said hey, just lie and say that you're my sister and goes go into the other guy's house and go sleep there? No, right? I'm sure Sarah I did not think that her husband was the most righteous dude in the world. And yet God is still blessing him. Why right God doesn't break his promises. He chose Abram because he chose to love Abram. That's why he's, you think it was random? Do you think it's like do you think it's like a random integer choice on Python? Or do you think that God had a purpose and a plan for it? That's right. He didn't have to choose you to be in my family or you. But he puts you there, because he's got a purpose and a plan for it. Right? Yeah. And so God is faithful to His promises. Okay, so let's talk about B. What's the best verse that summarizes the best verse to summarize this?
